Privacy Policy

AI Film 3 (Prometheus Productions, LLC) operates this website for the AI Entertainment Conference. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms: your name and email for newsletter sign-ups; and for sponsorship or contact inquiries, your name, company, email, optional phone, and message.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and send information you request.
• To send you updates about the conference if you opt in.
• To operate and improve the event.

Processors

Our newsletter list and all confirmation and notification emails are handled by Resend, which processes your data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and collects no personal data. That is why you will not see a cookie-consent banner on this site, there is nothing to consent to.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may contact us at info@aifilm3.com to request access to or deletion of your information.
